Villa rates are subject to 15.5% service charge and government taxes;

High Season 1 June - 31 August, Peak Season 20 December - 15 January;

Damage deposit US$300 is required on check in;

Check-in after 2 pm and check out before 12 pm. A late checkout before 3 pm is possible subject to availability with no additional charge. To guarantee Villa availability for late check out before 6 pm a charge of a half-day rate will be applied, after 6 pm a charge of full day rate will be applied;

Extra bed US$20 per night per person include taxes and service. Number of guest cannot exceed the villa capacity unless prearranged with request for extra bed at additional cost. Any exceeding number of guests must be relocated to other property at guest/agent cost;

Minimum stay: 3 nights in Low Season, 5 nights in High Season and 7 nights for Peak Season;

Terms of payment: 50% deposit payment is required upon reservation. Payment can be processed through the web site or by bank transfer. Balance payable in cash or by credit card upon arrival. All rates will be recalculated in local currency (IDR);

Cancellation: within 60 days prior to arrival is subject to return of 100% of the booking minus administration fees of US$150. Between 59 to 30 days prior to arrival is subject to forfeiture of 50% of the booking deposit. Any Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival or/and No Show will be subject to forfeiture of 100% of the BOOKING DEPOSIT. Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Professionals in writing;

While we make every effort to ensure that the properties meet its required standards, villa management cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made to the property or its amenities, which are beyond its control. Nor can it accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use or condition of the property and its appearances, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, exceptional weather conditions or owner's negligence. Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the hirer or any member of the party during their stay;

Guests will stay at their own risk and personal (travel) insurance;

It is strictly forbidden the use of illegal drugs inside The Villa. Any instances related to this matter, will be reported without hesitation to the police;

Guests should be respectful to other neighbors and not play loud music or make loud noises after 22:00 hours. In case a Special Event is organized at The Villa with the permission of the Banjar (village community) and the Manager, loud music would only be allowed until 23:00 hours.
